All membership fees and donations made to PDWF are non-refundable. Payments must be made through official channels only. Members are required to upload valid payment proof during registration.

6. Verification Process

All registrations and payments are subject to verification. Approval may take a few hours or longer depending on the review process. Providing false information may lead to rejection.

7. Privacy & Data Usage

All personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We ensure that your data is used responsibly and securely.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and materials of PDWF are the property of the organization and must not be copied, reused, or distributed without permission.

9. Limitation of Responsibility

PDWF is not responsible for any loss, misuse, or misunderstanding arising from the use of its website or services. Members are responsible for their own actions.
